A lawsuit filed in 2008, against CAIR by patriot lawyers from the American Freedom Law Center was settled today to the benefit of five Muslim victims of a massive fraud perpetrated by CAIR:
“The lawsuit began after CAIR hired for its Virginia offices a fake lawyer, Morris Days, who defrauded dozens if not hundreds of CAIR clients. Once the fraud began to unravel, CAIR engaged in a massive cover-up, closing down the Virginia offices, firing the lawyer, and claiming to the CAIR victims that Days was not actually a CAIR lawyer. As alleged, CAIR knew of this fraud and purposefully conspired with Days to keep the CAIR clients from discovering that their legal matters were being mishandled or not handled at all.”
This should settle the question of whether anything CAIR says or does is credible. The moral of this lawsuit – don’t believe a word CAIR says. This Muslim Brotherhood/HAMAS front group has one goal for the U.S. – civilization jihad, and it looks like they will do or say anything in pursuit of the Islamist agenda. Don’t ever forget that CAIR is a named unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, the largest and most successful terrorism financing prosecution in U.S. history.
CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator because of its connectedness to HAMAS, a U.S. designated terrorist organization.
Prior to co-founding CAIR, executive director, Nihad Awad was the President of the Isalmic Association for Palestine (IAP), an organization named by the Muslim Brotherhood in their 1991 Strategic Plan for North America, as one of their organizations. Documentary evidence supports that the Islamic Association for Palestine was the HAMAS propaganda arm in the U.S. So it’s no great surprise that Nihad Awad has publicly stated his unequivocal support for HAMAS.
In 2009 when CAIR tried to get its unindicted co-conspirator status removed, a federal judge ruled that “ample evidence exists tying CAIR to HAMAS.”
CAIR has repeatedly tried to exert its influence in Tennessee to either stifle our First Amendment right to free speech or to collaborate with its allies like the TN American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC).
In 2011, Kurdish refugee agitator Remziya Suleyman, working for the TN Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC), brought one of CAIR’s lead attorneys, Gadeir Abbas to the Tennessee capitol to speak against the material support anti-terrorism bill. Suleyman was later instrumental in helping to get AMAC and its sister group ACO (American Center for Outreach), organized.
The Tennessee legislature was trying to expand the criminal code on terrorism after Memphis jihadi Carlos Bledsoe, aka, Abdulhakim Mohammed, the first African-American born citizen to commit a successful terrorist act on U.S. soil, had murdered Pvt. Andrew Long at the Little Rock Army Recruiting Center.
In 2012, CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad, a public supporter of HAMAS, a U.S. designated terrorist organization, showed up for the opening of the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro.
In 2013, Suleyman brought Michigan CAIR director Dawud Walid to Nashville to train Muslim high school students to be political activists.
In 2014, CAIR tried to shut down a Knoxville ACT for America event using the local high school auditorium which organizers had reserved for after school hours. The program featured Tennessee’s Bill Warner speaking about political Islam and the encroachment of sharia law in America. CAIR successfully pressured the Knoxville school district to cancel the use of its facility for the program.
Attorney Bill Becker, president of Freedom X, sued and three weeks later the school district settled and CAIR lost.
During the 2018, Tennessee gubernatorial primary season, CAIR “working with our allies here on the ground in Nashville, AMAC,” using its typical name-calling, bullied weak-kneeded Trevecca University into canceling Mae Beaver’s event featuring John Guandolo, Bill Warner and Cathy Hinners. No doubt CAIR was afraid of what the trio would expose about the Islamist political agenda.
Back to the current lawsuit….
After the lower court in the CAIR fraud suit ruled that the trial would go forward, Robert Muise, co-founder and senior counsel of the American Freedom Law Center that sued CAIR nailed the real reason CAIR works overtime to shut down any fact-based, truthful discussion about political Islam, the Muslim Brotherhood and the advance of sharia law in the U.S:
“This ruling sets the stage for a trial CAIR simply cannot afford. We fully expect CAIR to play the victim as a Muslim civil rights organization. But once that door is opened, we will present expert testimony that CAIR is in reality not a civil rights organization but rather a Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas front group committed to, what it terms, ‘Civilization Jihad.’ Given CAIR’s pedigree and mission, it is no wonder that the organization was prepared to deal corruptly with its own Muslim clients in an attempt to cover-up a massive fraud made possible by its own attorney and staff.”
AMAC is CAIR’s ally and boots on the ground in Tennessee. AMAC’s leader since 2012, Zulfat Suara, recently stepped down from that role to run for an at-large Metro Nashville Council seat. It’s safe to assume that if elected, CAIR will have its very own proxy embedded in the Metro Nashville government.
Saleh Sbenaty, who helped establish AMAC is now serving as its leader. At the time of CAIR’s visit to the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro, Sbenaty was serving in a leadership role at the mosque.
These hater groups took a break from hating conservatives long enough to turn their hate on a new law passed by the Tennessee legislature this year dealing with voter registration. The Governor signed the bill on May 2nd. These groups hate the new law because it makes it harder for them to cheat in elections.
They hate this new law so much, that within days of the Governor signing the bill which goes into effect on October 1, 2019, two lawsuits challenging the law were filed against various Tennessee election officials and the state Attorney General.
The Tennessee (super-Socialist) ACLU, sued on behalf of the League of Women Voters of Tennessee, the American Muslim Advisory Council, the Mid-South Peace and Justice Center, Rock the Vote, and Spread the Vote.
The executive director of the TN-ACLU is Hedy Weinberg. Her father was a Chicago historian and author. His obituary says that he served as president of the socialist Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) organization.Also known as the “Wobblies,” the IWW was a radical labor union started in Chicago in the early 1900’s dedicated to opposing capitalism (which may explain why members migrated to the Communist party once the Wobblies’ influence started to decline). ACLU founding member and executive director, Roger Baldwin was also a member of the Wobblies.
Weinberg’s daughter Hannah Cornfield, who grew up in the $$$$$$ Green Hills area of Nashville and attended private school, tweets out anti-capitalism messages along with support for the anti-Israel group Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) which is one of the most virulently Jew-hating hating groups pushing the BDS campaign against the Jewish state. JVP is ranked by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) among the top 10 “worst of the worst anti-Israel groups.”
The other lawsuit was filed by a group of left-leaning law firms on behalf of the Tennessee Conference of the NAACP, Democracy Nashville-Democratic Communities, the Equity Alliance and The Andrew Goodman Foundation. One of the law firms is Hogan Lovells, the firm where Samar Ali launched her legal career. During her employment she helped establish the firm’s Abu Dhabi office working on sharia finance compliant transactions. During the time Samar worked at Hogan Lovells, the firm’s website had a lengthy and laudatory explanation about “Islamic Finance.”
It’s important to remember that voter registration fraud and voter fraud are considered legitimate resistance tools by the left.
Remember the ACORN fiasco swirling around voter registration fraud?
That’s the same ACORN organization in which Obama “was a key player…in the past. Obama trained its local leaders, represented the organization in court, and worked to funnel funds to the organization. The Obama campaign also donated $800,000 this year to an ACORN affiliate.”
Remember the ACORN convictions for voter registration fraud? “[A]t least 54 ACORN employees and individuals associated with ACORN have been convicted of voter fraud. Voter fraud is a blanket term coined by lawyers. It refers to fraudulent voting, identity fraud, perjury, voter registration fraud, forgery, and a variety of crimes related to the electoral process.”
One of the issues that came out in the multi-state ACORN investigations involved workers being paid based on the number of people they registered to vote. During the 2009 investigations including one in Nevada, its Secretary of State was quoted in a NYT’s piece – “[u]nder Nevada law, it is illegal to attach incentives to such work, in part because it encourages canvassers to submit fraudulent forms.”
This is the kind of stuff covered by the new Tennessee law.
So why do the groups who are suing object to a law that requires timely submission of truthful and accurate voter registration forms?
Well, it wasn’t that long ago that AMAC founding member and Jew-hater Drost Kokoye, who also worked with AMAC’s sister organization the American Center for Outreach (ACO) “took liberties” with applications during voter registration drives at the local mosques:
Rumor has it that Kokoye is getting a law degree soon. Clearly an ACLU lawyer in training.
Melanie Lemon’s appeal will be heard in Nashville on June 5th. Lemon sued Williamson County Schools, Principal Kathryn Donnelly; Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Schools Denise Goodwin, and outgoing Superintendent Mike Looney for wrongful discharge, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract. Her appeal does not address the original claims of defamation, false light, or constitutional violations.

The story all began when a parent complained that her child received too much homework and missed snacks and recess in Ms. Lemon’s class. The parent also mentioned an “incident” said to have happened in the hallway on the evening of a school play, over a month before. A student who was on a behavior chart (whose history was well known by school administrators) was claimed to have been “grabbed by the wrists” by Ms. Lemon and told to “stop it.” According to court documentation the teacher didn’t even remember the incident, and it seems reasonable to assume it must have been unmemorable to a hallway full of other children and parents who were never interviewed in a subsequent, non-investigation. It was common knowledge that Lemon had to redirect the child daily. Most telling, the parent of the student in question never reported such an incident and refuted claims of any hostility.
Dr. Donnelly relayed this parent report to superiors, Goodwin and Rebecca Owens (H.R.), interjecting her own “perception” of this incident she never saw happen. In Donnelly’s own deposition she admitted the descriptive words, “anger” and “forcefully” were her own. According to public court records, these three grossly mishandled and misrepresented this “incident” which became a false child abuse allegation, a damning accusation that was conspicuously never made in writing. There was no investigation because there was no real report of one, but many refutes. Owens emphatically denied such claims were ever made, but she was disproven by evidentiary audio tape, perjuring herself, and subsequently resigning. Donnelly and Owens led Lemon to believe she’d been found guilty of the crime and that it had been turned over to law enforcement, a bold-faced lie.
Dr. Looney took the fabricated reports without question and as a result, two cameras were put in Lemon’s classroom to monitor her, as well as a personal in-room monitor. This person soon quit, finding Lemon to be exemplary and the ordeal unnecessary. Dr. Looney emailed Lemon (under watchful eye) that he felt she spent too much time on her computer; however, nothing resulted except a teacher probably being creeped out, knowing someone was watching her every move.
After months of this outrageous treatment Lemon could no longer endure. Who could? Soon came a petition full of Lemon-supporting parents, and eventually, teachers giving depositions and testimonies to the school board (one was even threatened by Looney, there’s sworn witness testimony. There are many more details of harassment and intimidation in the files; you should read them for yourself. So Lemon resigned, but never revoked her grievance. The administration wouldn’t accept her resignation for days, stating she must first drop her grievance. One of the continuing issues is that she never “exhausted” (properly completed) her grievance. It’s exhausting trying to find a way to properly summarize this case, so I close by simply imploring you to either see for yourself or at least see what happens June 5th.
Whether you are a parent, a teacher, or just a tax payer, it’s clear that bullying/harassment has been tolerated and gone without recourse. A false accusation of child abuse is a felony, yet here it stands unaccounted. Perjury was committed and yet here it also stands without consequence. And this is one case in which one teacher actually had nerve and faith in justice over finances to stand up to wrong. What about those of which the masses don’t know? What about all those that the Williamson County School Board could know (if they don’t) if they would seek? What about all the tax dollars spent to defend these likes? One of those defenders is now going to be the new full-time superintendent. Or is it easier for the board, parents, others to simply decide that what you or they don’t know can’t hurt? And then, of course, there are the children
The Republicans Tennessee voters put in the U.S. House of Representatives prefer to stay mute when it comes to Islamists in their midst. We’re not even sure they know anything about these folks or for that matter, that they care to know anything about them.
First there was the matter of Ilhan Omar’s repeated public expressions of anti-Semitism and the resolution that came from it, which all representatives from Tennessee voted FOR even though it never mentioned Omar, diminished the focus on anti-Semitism and legitimized the myth of Islamophobia.
Twenty-three other Republicans had the guts to vote against it.
Rep. Lee Zeldin, a Republican from New York, has not hesitated to call out Ilhan Omar’s anti-Semitism and the “watered down” and “spineless” anti-hate resolution. Any of Tennessee’s delegation step up to support their Republican colleague?
Nope.
Now comes Imam Omar Suleiman giving the opening prayer on the House floor last week.
And these Tennessee House members – Tim Burchett, Scott DeJarlais, Chuck Fleischmann, David Kustoff, Phil Roe, John Rose remained mute about Pelosi agreeing to a pro-Sharia, Jew-basher to pray over them.
What are they afraid of? Being called Islamophobic? Racist? Jew-lovers?
Two days after the Imam praying, only Mark Green had a comment including a dig at the Democrats’ lack of support for Israel and the anti-Semitism running through the party.
House Republican (Jewish) colleague Zeldin rebuked Pelosi for having Imam Suleiman offer prayer in Congress:
“Totally unacceptable that @SpeakerPelosi had Omar Suleiman give the opening prayer yesterday in the House,” he tweeted Friday morning. “He compares Israel to the Nazis & calls them terrorists, supports Muslim Brotherhood, incites violence calling for a Palestinian intifada & the end of zionism, etc. Bad call.”
For starters, why are all but one of our Tennessee House members silent about this Imam who has described Zionists as “enemies of God” or his anti-Semitic tropes like “Israel controls American foreign policy”???
Maybe our legislators need to review the U.S. State Department definition of anti-Semitism which covers all of Suleiman’s statements about Jews.
What about Suleiman’s support for the HAMAS-led rocket and mortar attacks against Israeli civilians which he posted on his facebook page – “God willing on this blessed night as the 3rd Intifada begins, the beginning of the end of Zionism is here. May Allah help us overcome this monster, protect the innocent of the world, and accept the murdered as martyrs.”
Three years later Suleiman put his anti-Jew enmity into action protesting President Trump’s moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem at a rally organized by American Muslims for Palestine (AMP).
AMP is the organization that trains and supports the rabid Jew and Israel-hating campus group Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), often referred to as “HAMAS on campus.” SJP is responsible for threatening Jewish and pro-Israel students, shutting down pro-Israel speakers, and pushing Israel boycott resolutions. Leaders of AMP are tied to the “defunct network called the ‘Palestine Committee’. It was created by the Muslim Brotherhood to advance Hamas’ agenda politically and financially in the United States.”
AMP is a member of the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights (USCPR) run by the former director of Samar Ali father’s D.C. organization. Tablet Magazine has exposed a troubling money relationship between USCPR and U.S. designated foreign terrorist organizations.
While Tennessee’s six Republican House members have remained silent about the Jew-hating Omar Suleiman, their colleague Ilhan Omar (whom the six and Green rewarded with a resolution in her favor), tweeted out her praise for his prayer.
You may want to ask your Tennessee Congressman….
During the August recess or any of the town halls representatives are holding when they are home, make sure they know that Tennessee’s American Muslim Advisory Council’s (AMAC) leadership embraces Jew-haters Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.
Explain to them that anti-Zionism is the most dangerous form of anti-Semitism at this time. It is the veneer endangering Jewish and Christian pro-Israel students on college campuses. Radical Islamists like Linda Sarsour, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib normalize Jew-hatred by claiming it is politically legitimate to criticize Israel’s government and be against Zionism, the movement that helped to establish the State of Israel.
Like Ilhan Omar, Linda Sarsour and Rashida Tlaib, Imam Suleiman openly supports the Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel. Delegitimizing the State of Israel and denying its right to exist is at the core of the BDS movement.
As Steve Emerson correctly reminds us – “[d]enying Israel’s right to exist has been part of the U.S. State Department definition of anti-Semitism since 2010.”
Remind Tennessee House members that AMAC brought Linda Sarsour and her hatred of all things Jewish and Israel, to Tennessee. Sarsour is a supporter of Louis Farrakhan who calls Jews “termites” and says “Hitler was a very great man.”
In fact, it was a Kurdish refugee agitator living in Nashville who had helped get AMAC organized and who in 2012, cemented a relationship with Sarsour at a CAIR event. A federal judge has held that “ample evidence” shows CAIR is connected to HAMAS. In 1994, CAIR’s national director Nihad Awad publicly declared his support for HAMAS .
Nihad Awad has made it a point of spending time in Tennessee with members of AMAC and imams.

Remind the Tennessee House members that Ilhan Omar served as an advisory board member to the Minneapolis CAIR chapter and now as a member of Congress, helps fundraise for them. In the recent rocket attacks on Israeli civilians, she tweeted out her support for the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists and HAMAS.
Green is a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security and its Subcommittee on Intelligence and Counterterrorism and still another Subcommittee on National Security.
Here’s information about Imam Suleiman and his buddy Yasir Qadhi (who recently left Memphis), that Green can take back to his Subcommittee on Intelligence and Counterterrorism.
Yasir Qadhi who recently left his position as resident scholar at the Memphis Islamic Center.
Qadhi is also leaving the Al Maghrib Institute which schooled the Christmas Day bomber and convicted terrorist Daniel Maldonado. Qadhi helped establish Al Maghrib and also served as an instructor. At an earlier time Al Maghrib’s media arm sold recordings by al Qaeda’s cleric Anwar al-Awalaki.
More recenlty, it was disclosed in the aftermath of the Sri Lanka suicide bombings, that Qadhi is among twenty-six Islamic clerics being watched by India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA). Qadhi was also named in a charge sheet in a case against ISIS suspects, as among the “14 globally recognized preachers, based in the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and Zimbabwe, whose lectures/sermons directly or indirectly influenced the terror suspects.”
According to the NIA, clerics on the list are “Islamic preachers who regularly give provocative lectures on religious fundamentalism, hand out jihadi literature, belittle other religions in their speeches and encourage young Muslims to propagate the Sharia law.”
A youtube recording of Qadhi’s comments in which he calls Christians “filthy” polytheists whose “life and prosperity … holds no value in the state of Jihad,” has been viewed over 41,000 times.
The Investigative Project on Terrorism has an extensive report on Qadhi who, “has also called for Islamic theocracy to replace democracy, and expressed blind hatred against non-Muslims.”
Qadhi also has an extensive resume of embracing Islamists accused of terrorist acts, terrorist-funding organizations, Muslim Brotherhood leaders and their organizations. He has posted his belief that ISIS is some kind of a conspiracy theory. And instead of continuing to deny the Holocaust, Qadhi has opted to embrace radical Jew-haters like Linda Sarsour and British cleric Haitham al-Haddad who said, “Jews who are the enemies of God and the descendants of apes and pigs.”
In 2011, at Ravenwood High School in Brentwood TN, a young Muslim girl, Demin Zawity, created a stir due to her not being able to wear her hijab while participating in the ROTC program. “It was during Spirit Week. We were getting ready for the homecoming parade and the head officer said that I wouldn’t be able to wear the head scarf while I had the uniform on,” Demin said.
“I said that it was a religious thing and that I really couldn’t take it off.”
Demin’s family believed she was being discriminated against, and reached out to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which called on the school district and the Department of Defense to change the policy.
CAIR later wrote to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta requesting “constitutionally-protected religious accommodations for the girl and for future Muslim JROTC participants.”
In a letter CAIR sent on Panetta’s behalf, then Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army Larry Stubblefield explained that based on the incident that led Zawity to quit JROTC, the Army will now be making more accommodations for religious headwear in the training program.
There you have it. A Muslim complains she is being discriminated against, they call CAIR/Hamas, and change is made, all due to Ms. Zawity claiming it was a “religious thing”.

In 2016, 2017, 2018, and even in 2019, Ms. Zawity apparently no longer feels that “religious thing” means the same after the United States Military made changes to their head gear policy.

It is amazing how that “religious thing” lasted long enough for the United States Military to change its policy.
A surprisingly honest report filed with police about a husband’s assaults on his wife is pretty much in line with what sharia law tells him he can do.
The couple is from Iran.
How did they come to live in Nashville? Refugee resettlement? Who knows.
Anyway, the wife, after she “was able to escape the home living situation,” went and filed a report with police.
She explained that even though there were prior calls to police for domestic violence, no reports were filed because her husband, Sina Mousavi, “would not permit her to speak to police based on ‘marital and religious rights from their country of Iran’”.
That’s called sharia law.
According to the wife, during the couple’s fights, her husband Sina Mousavi, would “shove napkins in her mouth, and pull a knife and place it against her side to scare her. She also reports he would place his hands around her neck, but says he never left any marks.”
That’s also sharia law.

Aweis Haji-Mohamed, a/k/a Son Son – in 2018, pleaded to 35 year prison sentence
He is described as a“man at the heart of violent crime activity in the [Nashville] J.C. Napier and Tony Sudekum Public Housing neighborhoods” Indicted in 2016, Son-Son was indicted in July 2016, charged charged with a variety of federal firearms offenses relating to his involvement in an on-going violent crime wave, including armed robberies and murders. He was also into robbing cocaine dealers.
“On January 24, 2015, Haji-Mohamed entered a house on Joseph St., in Nashville, armed with a .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun and looking for a Bloods gang member that he had been in an argument with earlier, as a result of Haji-Mohamed stealing a gun from another Bloods Gang member. The house was occupied by the gang member’s elderly grandmother and other persons, including several juveniles and a disabled child. Not finding the person he was looking for, Haji-Mohamed fired numerous rounds into the walls and floor before leaving the house.”
Several days later, he found the cocaine dealer he was looking for and murdered him by shooting him in the head.
It doesn’t seem much of a stretch to suggest that this guy is Somali.
Mohamed Almahmmody – arrested in 2015 and in January 2018, was found guilty of premeditated murder and three counts of aggravated assault.
This guy’s name strongly suggests he is Iraqi although he could be Kurdish. Another reason to think he might be Kurdish is because he was being investigated by the Nashville Gang Unit.
In 2007, the Kurdish Pride Gang (KPG) which grew out of the Nashville refugee Kurdish enclave, shined a different spotlight on the Kurdish community. Police described gang members as “increasingly vicious and brazen.” Gang experts warn that gangs made up of people that come from war-torn countries pose a “unique problem” because they are desensitized to violence and dismissive of authority.
In 2012, Metro police used a new tactic to break the KPG gang. A judge ruled the gang a public nuisance.
“Based on a lengthy investigation by the police department’s Gang Unit, the Metropolitan Legal Department this morning filed the lawsuit in Davidson County Criminal Court. It alleges KPG members are known to engage in vandalism, assaults, the illegal possession and discharge of guns, burglaries, witness intimidation, street robberies, conspiracy to commit murder, threatening police officers, gambling, arson and fraud. The investigation found that many of those acts take place on a regular basis in order to maintain power over the community, recruit new members, and threaten and intimidate citizens to keep silent about KPG activities.”
Of course, this never stopped Nashville’s Kurdish activists including Remziya Suleyman, Drost Kokoye and Kasar Abdullah, who helped launch the American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC) and its sister organization American Center for Outreach (ACO) from downplaying the existence and activities of the KPG.
Last year, Jiyayi Suleyman, Metro Nashville’s first Kurdish policeman, was charged with 57 counts of official misconduct and accused of KPG member.
Suleyman’s sister Remziya, was among the most aggressive pro-Islamist activists in Nashville – thankfully she doesn’t live her anymore. In fact, most of the pro-Islamist activism has been initiated and led by members of the Nashville Kurdish community actively abetted by Nashville’s Somali community.
Last week a quad of thugs – Adam Mohamed, Amir Adam, Jamal Abdillahi and Sakariy Mohamed – also a safe bet they are Somalis.
These thugs, were involved in a car-jacking, attempted robberies, assault – all committed while pointing a gun at their intended victims.
Amir Adam was reported to be free on $3,500 bond. “At the time of his arrest, he was already free on a $6,500 bond for his March 18th arrest fo unlawful drug and handgun possession.”
It has become a pretty standard practice that when it appears that individuals of a certain, very specific, most likely, ethnicity and/or faith group, are involved in distasteful behavior, that information is not released for public reporting.
That being said, there is no way to know whether these lowlifes were born here or were imported via the Catholic Charities of TN (CCTN) refugee resettlement program which is credited with bringing Somali refugees to Nashville.
Two of the lowlifes involved in last week’s crime are reported to be 19 years old and the other two, 17 years old, making them “juveniles” for purposes of criminal law. Of course, there is absolutely no way to be sure that these ages are even accurate. Many refugees have no knowledge of their birth dates or documentation listing their actual birthdays and end up being assigned aJanuary 1 birthdaywhen they arrive in the U.S.
The FBI’s 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment noted that Somali nationals involved in gang activity were mostly refugees and that Somali gang activity was reported in Nashville.
“Somali gangs tend to align and adopt gang names based on clan or tribe, although a few have joined national gangs such as the Crips and Bloods…
Somalian gangs are involved in drug and weapons trafficking, human trafficking, credit card fraud, prostitution, and violent crime. Homicides involving Somali victims are often the result of clan feuds between gang members. Sex trafficking of females across jurisdictional and state borders for the purpose of prostitution is also a growing trend among Somalian gangs.”
Minneapolis, the city with the highest concentration of Somalis in the U.S. was reported to have experienced a dramatic increase last year in violent crimes because of Somali gang activity.
Although Dr. Mike Looney has signed the contract for his new superintendent position in Fulton County, Georgia, he will leave quite a legacy of messes and a load of unanswered questions. There is a rich and fully documented history of attempted in-house handled crime; teacher intolerance and intimidation; attempted silencing of private citizens as well as school board members, and most seriously, ignored and grossly mishandled, true racial and bullying incidents of students by this administration.
If you’re unfamiliar with this sub-rosa side of Williamson County Schools, it is worth noting that the White Privilege teacher training was more than just a hiccup. The reversed approval of the teacher workshop sponsored by Southern Poverty Law Center (coincidentally in the midst of the Cultural Competency Collision) was more than an isolated gaffe or glitch. There’s a pattern of silence and silencing. A one-sided narrative is all that is generally shared, when anything is shared at all. In a world of opinionated “news” and one in which censorship and silencing tactics have become commonplace, there appears to be no immunity even inside a big, beautiful red bubble.
Whether you love, hate, or have no clue…Dr. Looney’s disdain for the Tennessee Star is certainly interesting and noteworthy. He and his devotees have worked hard to discredit the only news outlet with the audacity to expose the White Privilege trainings, the WCS-endorsed, SPLC-sponsored workshop, the inconsistencies and confusion between Dr. Looney, the school board, parents, etc. Let’s face it, had it not been for the Tennessee Star, the community may still be in the dark regarding these highly coordinated and secretive goings on in the school system.
It was reported in April that the Tennessee Star website was blocked from the Williamson County School system’s online network. How convenient. From that point, no employee could read about the documents and trainings on White Privilege and/or Cultural Competency being revealed; the May workshop affiliated with Southern Poverty Law Center from which teachers were removed; the overreaching and highly unknown inner-workings of the Cultural Competency Council; the fact that the school board apparently knew little about any of these things; the information released in open records requests; the fact that Dr. Looney stated that the training videos teachers were required to watch were never intended for public view; etc. If this administration doesn’t want its employees accessing this information and it didn’t want the public seeing those videos, what else does it not want known?

“Peace Train” was released in 1971, by Cat Stevens who converted to Islam six years later, taking the name Yusuf Islam.
Taking that “peace train” message to heart, Bill Lee held multiple meetings with Tennessee’s Islamists, the second one just days before his inauguration.
Now shoeless Lamar broke bread with them at the Islamic Center of Nashville (ICN) mosque headquarters. Kinda reminds you of Obama’s pandering “bend over and take it” in Saudi Arabia.

The question we have for Lamar and his cracker-jack team, is the same one we posed for the newly-minted Lee administration – do they know what we know about this mosque, its leadership and the people they are pandering to? And if they don’t know, why not? And if they do know, why are they giving a veneer of legitimacy to the taqiyya of these Islamist leaders?
ICNStill Connected to a Muslim Brotherhood Organizationatioiizatio
The ICN purchased its property in 1982, on what is now 12th Avenue South, with help of a generous donation from Muslim convert Cat Stevens. Some of the mosque’s founding members from Egypt were attending Vanderbilt University.
In 1995, ICN began an open and formal relationship with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA).
ISNA is one of the 29 organizations specifically named in the 1991 Muslim Brotherhood Explanatory Memorandum detailing the plan of “…dismantling American institutions and turning the U.S. into a Muslim nation.”
ISNA was later named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing prosecution, the single largest case of its kind in which several individuals were successfully prosecuted for helping to funnel millions to HAMAS, a U.S. designated terrorist organization.
The ICN located at 2515 12th Ave. South, shares the same address with ISNA as listed on taxexemptworld.com
On other documents, the ICN shares a P.O. Box 120953 with ISNA.
The warranty deeds for two of ICN’s four properties – its private Islamic school The Nashville International Academy and the other which appears to be a cemetery, list the P.O. Box 120953 in place of the scratched out of the mosque’s 2515 12th Ave. South address.
The same P.O. Box number was listed on the ICN’s listing on the Tennessee Secretary of State website in 2009.
The same P.O. Box number is also listed on a bank direct deposit form previously posted on the ICN website.
The ICN has also linked itself to ISNA through Nashville community activities. For example, in February 2010, ICN, along with other Nashville mosques, partnered with ISNA for a two day conference titled “Awakening the Leader Within”.
One of the featured ISNA speakers was Louay Safi, Director of Communications and Leadership Development, who has his own “interesting” pedigree. In February 2010, Safi who had been contracted by the DoD to lecture troops at Fort Hood on Islam, was suspended from this work after his association with organizations involved in funding terrorism were documented.
Another notorious individual associated with the ICN is the Little Rock jihadi Carlos Bledsoe from Memphis. When he converted to Islam, he took the name of the former Imam of the ICN, Abdulhakim Mohamed, who is believed to have been his mentor. This Yemeni Imam served as at the ICN from 1999 until 2007.
Abdulhakim Mohamed served the radical Brooklyn Al Farooq mosque for three years until coming to Nashville. His Brooklyn mosque was called the “al-Qaeda mosque” because in the 1980’s and 90’s it was a conduit for al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and had a documented history of raising money for terrorists. It is also the same mosque attended by the “blind sheik” who was convicted in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
This Imam is featured in the “Losing Our Sons” documentary about the radicalization of his mentee, jihadi Carlos Bledsoe who executed Pvt. Andrew Long at the Little Rock Army Recruiting Center. If you haven’t watched it, you should and it can be viewed in its entirety on youtube.
Regarding the U.S. in the film the Imam says, “This country will not be the richest country on earth because it is the worst country on earth.”
Regarding Christians he says, “Christians have lost much of their basics and tenets of faith. The truth of Christianity was lost at its earliest stages.” …Tomorrow they’ll celebrate Christmas assuming that Christ is a god or son of god. There is no greater lie than this. The greatest lie of all time.”
Regarding Jews he says, “Jews believe that everyone created on the face of the earth was only created for their service. They became as vicious as the Pharoah throughout history til today. The true evil today is the existence of one state [Israel].” “Aren’t we this near for a mass battle and war against the Jews? Aren’t they gathering themselves in Palestine?”
This same Imam spent approximately eight years at the University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia, then returned to Yemen to work managing Islamic schools and other educational programs. He was the Imam that helped the ICN launch its private Islamic school called the Nashville International Academy. This school will be eligible to accept state funded school vouchers under Governor Bill Lee’s new program.
ICN lay leaders
The ICN’s spokesman during Imam Abdulhakim Mohamed’s tenure, was Awadh Binhazim whose dawa (proselytizing) organization called “Olive Tree Education,” promoted online writings by Anwar Al Awlaki, a top propagandist and recruiter for al-Qaeda.
Three of the founding members of the American Muslims Advisory Council (AMAC) collaborated with Binhazim; Kamel Daouk was the Olive Tree treasurer, Daoud Abudiab, proselytized with Binhazim, and Rashed Fakhruddin served with Binhazim on the ICN Shura Council. The Shura Council is a group of men considered of high standing in the community who act essentially as an informal “court” to carry out Sharia law.
Now serving as ICN’s president, Fakhruddin has put the ICN dawa on steroids.
Daoud Abudiab went on to chair the board of TIRRC and establish his own dawa-style organization called the Faith and Culture Center.
Binhazim also served as the volunteer Muslim chaplain at Vanderbilt. During a Vanderbilt Muslim Student Association (MSA) program he confirmed that Islamic law mandates capital punishment for homosexuality. When he was asked whether he accepted or rejected the Islamic punishment for homosexuality, Binhazim also confirmed, that “as a Muslim he does not have a choice of whether to accept or reject what Islam teaches.”
Binhazim was president of a CAIR chapter in Texas before coming to Nashville. He and Imam Abdulhakim Mohamed later collaborated in launching a website called muslimnama.org
The next two Imams were trained to push sharia as a complete way of life – for everyone.
Imam Ahmed Mohammed was ICN’s next Imam. He graduated from Al-Ahzar University in Cairo, the institution which stands for the propagation of Islam and Sharia as a complete way of life.
Al-Ahzar is closely tied to the Muslim Brotherhood and is credited with starting the Islamist movement with training from Islamic radicals.
In the spring of 2011, this ICN Imam gave a lecture in Nashville in which he defended the Egyptian police forced virginity tests reportedly performed on female protesters in Tahrir Square that year. He also talked about honor killings and confirmed that they do occur throughout the Muslim world.
In its ongoing mission to radicalize Muslims young and old in Tennessee, during Imam Ahmed Mohammed’s tenure, the ICN sponsored an event at Vanderbilt featuring two American converts to Islam (or as they prefer to call them, “reverts”), Zaid Shakir and Shaykh Hamza Yusuf. They co-founded Zaytuna College, an unaccredited Islamic postsecondary school in the U.S.
True to form, Shakir who says no Muslim can be a terrorist, is a popular speaker with U.S. Muslim Brotherhood organizations such as CAIR, ISNA and the Muslim Students Association.
He professes to the same end goal of the Muslim Brotherhood – to see the “day in which America is a Muslim country ruled by Islamic law.” And consistent with the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan as laid out in its 1991 Explanatory Memorandum, he sees organizing Muslims in this country as the way to accomplish this objective.
Shakir understands the political leverage gained by remaining separate and apart from American society by claiming a religious-based moral superiority. He reinforces this by asserting that “American society ‘is sinful and constitutes open rebellion against Allah.’”
He also tells the college crowds that in the perfect sharia-based society “the kafir won’t be equal with the Muslim. The Christian or the Jew will be a dhimmi [second-class citizen]. They won’t be equal with the Muslim.”
ICN’s current Imam
The current Imam Ossama Bahloul moved from the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro (ICM) where he started in 2008. He is also a graduate of Al-Azhar and has a degree in dawa; his thesis was the establishment of a dawah curriculum aimed at secularists, atheists, Christians, Jews, and Muslims.
Lamar, Fakhruddin, Bahloul and ???
Al-Azhar being the preeminent teaching center of sharia law, authenticated the English translation of sharia law called “The Reliance of the Traveller, A Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law.”
It used to be a simple matter of finding the complete volume of “Reliance of the Traveller”(ROT) on-line to read and download but once the kafir public became aware of the book and its contents, a deliberate effort was made by Islamists (?) to eliminate access to what sharia law experts agree sharia law says on all aspects of a Muslim’s life.

ROT includes just about everything you can think of, for example:
ROT o8.2 “Apostasy from Islam. In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph to ask him to repent and to return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.”
ROT L10.3 A son and daughter who are siblings “of the same generation as her and of the same strength (N: i.e. both are full or half siblings)… the male receives the portion of two females.”
ROT o17.4 “A husband is entitled to discipline his wife for not giving him his rights (def: m5.1).” ROT m5.1 “It is obligatory for a woman to let her husband have sex with her immediately when: (a) he asks her; (b) at home (c) and she can physically endure it. (d) another condition that should be added is that her marriage payment has been received or deferred to a term not yet expired. As for when sex with her is not possible, such that having it would entail manifest harm to her, then she is not obliged to comply. If she asks him to wait, she is awaited to a maximum of three days.”
ROT m13.3 “It is offensive to send one’s children to a day-care center run by non-Muslims. It is unlawful to send Muslim children to Christian schools, or those which are designedly atheist, though it is not unlawful to send them to public schools in which religion is not mentioned (N: in a way that threatens the students’ belief in Islam).”
Lamar gets same disinformation that is provided to Metro school students
From the pictures it looks like the same person, Dina Sirois, operations director of the ICN, gave Lamar the same talk about the “beliefs and practices in Islam” that she gave to Nashville Meigs Middle School students in October 2018.

The ICN has been especially aggressive in its proselytizing of Islam to public school students, Vanderbilt athletic teams, other religious groups and now, politicians. Rashed Fakhruddin, the president of the ICN is also a founding member of the AMAC whose members were specially trained by an organization collaborating with the Muslim Brotherhood plan to proselytize in public schools.
Former ICN Youth director, Sabina Mohyuddin, a founding member of AMAC who now serves as its program manager, attended the meal with Lamar. Per her own presentation in 2013, Mohyuddin cited to several “organizations that help American Muslims stay true to their religious values while being uniquely American.”
Mohyuddin’s choices? The Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA) and the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA).
Along with Al-Ahzar, the FCNA authenticated the English translation of the “Reliance of the Traveller, the Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law” cited above. Any number of FCNA members have been arrested, deported and named as unindicted co-conspirators in connection with terrorist activities. All are connected in some manner to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Her other choice, ICNA, was also named in the 1991 Muslim Brotherhood plan for North America and is known for its aggressive dawa in public schools.
AMAC continues to perpetuate the lie of the “anti-sharia” bill to justify its proselytizing of Islam, its aggressive political activity and its efforts to censor and stop all critical speech as “Islamophobic.”
What they call the “anti-sharia bill” was actually a material support bill based on the jihad perpetrated by Carlos Bledsoe. The bill language specifically was addressed to individuals supporting the commission of a terrorist act and specifically said that it did not apply to “the peaceful practice of any religion.” The bill defined the term “sharia,” precisely the way jihadist terrorists define it because the bill was directed at criminalizing support for terrorist acts.
We can only guess that the real reason AMAC didn’t like the bill is because there’s only one definition of sharia used by both violent jihadis and political jihadis. So who is hijacking whose religion?
Remember – They Are Political Leftists First and Theology-Perverting Clergy SecondSharia-supporting clergy in Tennessee are rampant in all denominations, including Catholics, Protestants and Jews. They push the interfaith propaganda of how we all pray to the same god and all are part of the “family of Abraham.”
The Pope has permitted Islamic prayers and reading from the Koran in the Vatican. Catholic Charities of Tennessee, paid handsomely by the federal government for their “charitable” work, has filled our cities with Islamists who want all manner of sharia-adherent accommodations in the public arena.
Catholic Charities of Tennessee can also take credit for helping sharia-adherent Islamists become politically equipped with sufficient population density to try and elect their first candidate for the Nashville Metro Council with their “My Muslim Vote” campaign.
Starting in 2011, Nashville’s leftist Jewish leaders Avi Poster and Irwin Venick, organized the first “Family of Abraham” event. It was held at the uber-liberal uber-elitist private University School. (This private school was started years ago by Vanderilt University). The program featured a speaker from the Reform Judaism Religious Action Center (RAC), an organization all about social justice. Reform Judaism is the most extreme liberal branch of the religious group.
To get an idea of what the reform Jews care about, in 2017, the program director of the RAC along with other clergy, helped bless the opening of a DC Planned Parenthood center.
The next “Family of Abraham” event was organized by Jewish and Methodist leaders in Nashville and held at the West End United Methodist Church in Nashville. This time, they featured Muslim Brotherhood’s ISNA (Islamic Society of North America) National Director, Office of Interfaith and Community Alliances, Sayyid Syeed.
ISNA says the United Methodist Church (UMC) is its ally – “both working together in campaigning for social justice, peace and equity.’” This 2010 statement from ISNA was made in reference to the Chicago area UMC call to support the UMC’s involvement in the BDS (boycott, divestment & sanctions) campaign from Israel.
Nashville’s Temple Ohabai Shalom’s assistant Rabbi Shana Mackler and UMC Rev. Judi Hoffman, were part of the 2012, interfaith panel hosted by Lipscomb University which featured the Islamic Network Group (ING) presentation on women’s rights and Shariah.
The ING, a group affiliated with CAIR, ISNA and the dawah-centric ICNA (Islamic Circle of North America), was brought to Tennessee by AMAC to train them on how to go into schools to talk about Islam. Hijab-wearing Kurdish refugee Jihan Abdulla, sister of politically aggressive Islamist Kasar Abdulla, was quoted as saying she had more rights than American women. Go figure that one.
Rabbi Mackler is a proud supporter of Planned Parenthood, helping the organization to use her temple to hold its fundraiser in 2015. She makes no bones about performing illegal gay marriages at her house of worship – “The issue of gay marriage is something that really hits home for Shana. When she was in college, her father came out to her.”
Given her uber progressive and Islamist-apologist stances, it’s no surprise that rabbi Mackler spoke at this year’s Nashville Women’s March vowing to stand alongside AMAC leader Zulfat Suara who has openly embraced Jew-haters Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar.
Remember also, that the Women’s March was started by Linda Sarsour and Tamika Mallory who have come under fire for supporting Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, a notorious anti-Semite who has praised Hitler and described Jews as “satanic.” They also can’t get past their inbred anti-Semitism to say whether the State of Israel and its Jews have a right to exist.
The Nashville Women’s March is listed as a chapter of the Sarsour/Mallory march organization.
Mackler may have proved herself to be one of the most outrageous examples of having turned against her own people in favor of Islamist embracers of Jew-haters.
The rabbi and her husband, James Mackler, are endorsing Zulfat Suara for the Metro Nashville Council.
This is important to know for many reasons. The main reason is that James Mackler, uber progressive Democrat, is running for Lamar Alexander’s seat. Being the obedient “company man,” Mackler withdrew from the last Senate race after Phil Bredesen announced that he would run.
As if the world of religion and politics couldn’t get any more upside-down or any more sinister.
