TN Attorney General Says First Amendment Protected Speech Could Be Used to Prosecute Hate Crimes

As in suspected Islamophobic or Anti-Semitic hate crimes? According to Tennessee’s Attorney General, yes.

It started with a 2013 event in Manchester, Tennessee, sponsored by the TN American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC) called “Understanding the American Muslim Community.”

Shortly before the event, Obama-appointed U.S. Attorney Bill Killian was quoted – “We need to educate people about Muslims and their civil rights, and as long as we’re here, they’re going to be protected,” U.S. attorney Bill Killian told the Tullahoma News last week. “This is also to inform the public about what federal laws are in effect and what the consequences are.”

“Hateful statements directed at another will be used as evidence in a hate crime…”

It’s a back door way to punish what groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations), subjectively label hate speech.

CAIR, a creation of the Muslim Brotherhood and which serves as a front organization for HAMAS, has helped fuel an industry of censoring protected First Amendment speech using subjectively defined “Islamophobia.”

And there was AMAC in 2013, pushing CAIR’s agenda with the help of the DOJ.

A 2019 Tennessee Attorney General Opinion in connection with the year’s HB600/SB1250, a bill based on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, requiring colleges to use a specific definition of anti-Semitism, agrees with what the U.S. Attorney said in connection with the 2013 AMAC event in Manchester:

But the Supreme Court has also recognized that protected expression may be relevant evidence in evaluating whether an individual has engaged in prohibited conduct. In Wisconsin v. Mitchell, for example, a unanimous Court made clear that the “First Amendment . . . does not prohibit the evidentiary use of speech to establish the elements of a crime or to prove motive or intent.” 508 U.S. 476, 489 (1993); see also R.A.V., 505 U.S. at 389 (noting that some speech “can be swept up incidentally within the reach of a statute directed at conduct rather than speech”). Similarly, courts have repeatedly recognized that state officials are permitted to examine protected expression when enforcing Title VI and other anti-discrimination laws and policies, particularly for the purpose of evaluating motive or intent.

Title VI is part of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits discrimination based on race, color or national origin in programs or actives which receive federal financial assistance.

Islamists in Tennessee have long been seeking avenues to codify the myth of Islamophobia in Tennessee law and this bill may well serve their purpose.

They tried it in 2018, when an earlier version of HB600/SB1250 was pending but was ultimately never passed. During that legislative session, Islamist activists, some associated with AMAC, met with Speaker Beth Harwell and told her “that they want a bill that would protect students who are bullied because of their religion. Islamist activists in Tennessee connect bullying in school to Islamophobia which they claim leads to being regularly victimized or bullied because of their religion.”

Fast forward to the 2020 Tennessee state legislature is in session and the same scenario is being played out.

Don’t be surprised when Islamists tell legislators supporting HB600/SB1250, that what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Are your legislators paying attention?

A Win For Bernie Is A Win For The Islamization Of America.

It is wise to watch who the Islamists in America politically support, as they strive to find the weak link that will allow their agenda to prevail. Congratulations Bernie Sanders, you seem to fit the bill. While Bernie is a socialist/communist, Muslims claim he fully supports their beliefs, which will enable them to push forward their laws rather than American ones. Bernie will be nothing but the political pawn that they need to effectively change America.
The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) aka Hamas, has fully supported, and now endorses Bernie Sanders as he is the only one to “elevate the Muslim community”. Why does a “religion” need to be elevated? If you understand Islam, it’s simple. Muslims believe Islam shall reign supreme over all other religions.

As this website has dissected many times, the Muslim Brotherhood’s manifesto titled the “Strategic Goal for the Group In North America”, clearly states the following:

This excerpt is from a document that was placed into evidence in this country’s first and largest terrorism funding trial in Dallas TX in 2008, called the Holy Land Foundation Trial. It is the plan for the eventual, internal takeover of the United States. According to Bernie’s website, his goals are similar to Islamists.. economic, racial, social and environmental justice for all.

One of his biggest supporters is terrorist loving Linda Sarsour. Linda Sarsour, a self proclaimed Muslim activist who has called for jihad against President Trump, is one of Bernie’s staunch supporters due in part to his stance on Palestine and Israel. Sarsour rubs shoulders with anti-American, pro Hamas, Muslims like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar. She also has inserted herself in movements that have caused chaos and deep division in communities across the country such as the Ferguson riots,which led to the birth of Black lives Matter. Linda Sarsour has no allegiance to the United States, instead rallies for those she claims are disenfranchised and marginalized, and hold a disdain for everyday Americans.

Muslims that claim to love America, also support socialist/communist Bernie Sanders, despite his radical ideas to fundamentally change the U.S as we know it. Social justice activist and Nashville Tennessee’s first Muslim Council member Zulfat Suara, who constantly claims America has been so good to her and her family, jumped on the Bernie wagon and is his campaign co-chair. It is Muslims like Ms. Suara that attach themselves to whoever will help advance their agenda.

We should not be surprised by Tennessee Muslims supporting a socialist/communist though. Behind their public personas, they hate America just as much as Bernie does. Last year as Zulfat Suara was running her pro “I love America” metro council campaign, she also professed her admiration and inspiration of America haters Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.

Muslims may say they love America, but they never condemn those that lead their communities that publicly announce their disdain for it.

Bernie Sanders platform is all about open borders, free everything for everyone, and the radical disruption of the criminal justice system, all of which fits the Islamic agenda to a T. For Muslims, Open borders allows the non-stop migration of Muslims, to fulfill their population demands, free everything equates to redistribution of wealth, and reforming criminal justice is the freeing of those defined as “marginalized” by the current system.

If Bernie Sanders were to become president of the United States, the escalation of Islamic law over American law would be astounding, and congress will be filled with terrorists. The very dream Islamists have had is to see the flag of jihad on top of our White House. We must not let that dream come true.

Should Kurds Who Smuggled Across Borders to Evade Coronavirus Quarantine or Patronized the Hitler Restaurant Be Admitted to US?

Breaking today is a report that over 500 Kurds have been smuggled into Kurdistan from Iran to evade the 14-day quarantine imposed because of the outbreak of coronavirus in Iran:

“Iran has become the Middle East epicenter of the outbreak of the virus, with the latest official figures standing at 245 infections and 26 deaths. Iraq has so far confirmed 6 cases of coronavirus, 5 of whom were among Iraqis who had recently visited Iran.”

Both Sen. Marsha Blackburn and Governor Lee have been adamant about their commitment to the Kurds.

Governor Lee says he won’t “turn his back” on Kurds he claims “walked alongside and fought alongside our soldiers.” This was one of his reasons for consenting to continuing refugee resettlement in Tennessee and ignoring explicit instructions in the President’s Executive Order.

The President said refugee resettlement was supposed to be an opt-in program for the state and the local governments. The President said both the state and local governments each individually had to consent. Instead, Bill Lee said he was consenting for the whole state and as a result, made it an opt-out program for Tennessee counties.

Marsha also believes U.S. taxpayers are beholden to Kurds who claim they were in some way connected, however loosely or remotely, to America’s fight against ISIS. Marsha is so convinced of the need to reward these Kurds that she is co-sponsoring a bill to fast track their arrival to the U.S. whereupon they can qualify for all types of public assistance programs.

A leaked State Department memo indicated that the administration was opposed to Marsha’s bill for a variety of reasons including a concern about super-accelerated vetting, which the State Department wrote, “fails to accommodate vital national security screening.”

Serious questions should be raised about admitting Kurds, Syrians or Iraqis in the face of the region’s outbreak of coronavirus.

Along with that, it seems reasonable to question an individual’s patronage of the “bustling” Hitler Restaurant in Duhok, the capital city of the Kurdistan region.

The restaurant, opened in 2018, kept the Hitler name until deputy head of the Legal Committee in the Kurdistan Parliament, objected. The basis of his objection was not that the restaurant was named for Adolf Hitler, the evil genocidal socialist who murdered, through execution and cremation, over 6 million Jews. No, the legislator’s objection was based on not wanting to offend Germany because “[w]e have to take into account the fact that Germany helped us in the fight against Daesh [ISIS].”

The head of the [Duhok Chamber of Commerce] said that while Hitler may be reviled in Europe, people in the Kurdistan Region are not concerned about him.

“Maybe for the German nation and Europe who suffered a lot under Hitler, it will not be accepted or welcomed,” Ayad Hassan told Rudaw. “But for this region, it will not be an issue to [name a business after] someone who has done good or bad things in history.”

Other Kurds said “it is better to have a restaurant named after Hitler than an alcohol shop.”

As much as the restaurant owner and others interviewed downplayed the Hitler Restaurant name, it was reported in 2018, that Jews remaining in the Kurdistan region “keep their Jewish identity hidden for fear of persecution.

Even though Nashville Kurdish refugee Drost Kokoye arrived in the U.S. as a young child and was raised here, she has put her hatred of all things Jewish on full display using social media, anti-Jewish campus groups, and pro-HAMAS rallies.

It’s seems reasonable to question why Marsha and Bill Lee insist on romanticizing the Kurds considering the other baggage they’ve brought to Tennessee.

Nashville Council Member Zocialist Suara Politicking For Socialism

Dubbed “Z” during her successful campaign for Nashville Metro Council, Zulfat Suara now admits she is a full fledged socialist and wants Bernie Sanders to be President.

From the comfort of her new $650,000 home, Zocialist Suara is working as one of Bernie Sanders’ three Tennessee campaign co-chairs. The other two, Emily Benedict and Delishia Porterfield are not surprisingly, Metro Nashville Council members.

From 2012 until right before running for an at-large seat on the Metro Nashville Council, Zocialist Suara led the TN American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC). Under her leadership, AMAC joined forces with Linda Sarsour, one of the most vocal anti-Semites in the U.S., featuring Sarsour at different AMAC events.

Sarsour is now “Bernie Sanders’s Anti-Semitic Surrogate”

This seems to be a pattern for Zocialist Suara who admires vocal Jew-haters U.S. Congressional members Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.

Zocialist Suara was so inspired by the newly elected Jew-haters, that during her speech at the 2019 Nashville Women’s March, she announced her own candidacy for an at-large seat on the Metro Nashville City Council. Best guess is that she had to run at-large because to was all about “My Muslim Vote.”

By the time Zocialist Suara made that announcement she already knew Sarsour who co-founded The Women’s March with Tamika Mallory. The Nashville Women’s March is a named affiliate of Sarsour’s Women’s March.

Sarsour was the one who instigated injecting the Jew-hating anti-Israel BDS campaign into The Women’s March. Granted, no one should have been surprised given that she and her co-leader Mallory are supporters of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, a notorious anti-Semite who has praised Hitler and described Jews as “satanic.”

Hitler was a socialist liberal and led the National Socialist German Workers’ Party, a fact neither Bernie’s girls nor Bernie himself wants to own. What they try to do instead, is deflect by claiming their’s is a “Democratic” form of socialism.

Only in their own minds and only using their own twisted semantics since there is no such thing as “Democratic Socialism.”

Along with Linda Sarsour and Zocialist Suara, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib have endorsed Sanders for President.

Sarsour, Omar and Tlaib have freely and publicly given voice to their anti-Zionism anti-Semitism.

Zionism is the movement that helped to establish the State of Israel. Martin Luther King Jr., often cited by progressives as a symbol for social justice, understood that anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism. As he said, “When people criticize Zionist, they mean Jews. You are talking anti-Semitism.”

Sanders’ has made a full display of his own Jewish self-hatred. He has hired two senior advisers with documented anti-Israel backgrounds for which they “were censured in the past for their deeply anti-Semitic, Judeophobic and anti-Israel views.”

“Republican Jewish Coalition spokesperson Neil Strauss said the hires illustrate a bigger issue.

‘We see this time and again with progressive Democrats, anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism are OK in their ranks.’”

It’s become such a lightening rod in the Sanders campaign that a moderate pro-Israel Democratic Super PAC is running ads against him.

(It almost feels like a throw-back to the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini’s alliance with Hitler).

Regardless of whether they call themselves “progressives” or “socialists” radical candidates like Zocialist Suara, Tlaib and Omar are celebrated and endorsed by “Our Revolution” (OR), which functions as, the 501(c)(4) arm of Bernie Sanders’ campaign.

Not to be left out, TIRRCVotes (TN Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition) endorsed its former board member and activist Zocialist Suara for the Metro Council.

OR has a Tennessee state chapter and predictably, a Nashville and Middle TN chapter.

Coincidentally, Bernie Sanders and Leon Trotsky, a Soviet Marxist, both authored a book titled “Our Revolution.”

“In 1980, Sanders served as an elector for the Socialist Workers Party, which was founded on the principles of Leon Trotsky. According to the New York Times, that party called for abolishing the military budget. It also called for “solidarity” with the revolutionary regimes in Iran, Nicaragua, Grenada, and Cuba; this was in the middle of the Iranian hostage crisis.”

“Our Revolution” wants Bernie Sanders for President and wants to put radicals in every elected office they can steal. James Zogby, another anti-Zionist, is on the board of OR.

Interestingly, Zogby served with Jerusalem Fund founder Hisham Sharabi on the board of the renamed American Committee on Jerusalem (ACJ).

Samar Ali’s father Subhi Ali served alongside Sharabi at the (anti-Zionist-pro-BDS) Jerusalem Fund and has led the organization’s board since 2005. Samar served as Zocialist Suara’s treasurer in her Metro Council campaign.

(Keep in mind Bill Hagerty’s close connection to Samar when that primary election comes around).

Know Thy Enemy.

In history, as wars were fought and lives were lost, the enemy was clearly defined and recognized. Today, that enemy is disguised in many ways, often leading to millions of people unknowingly aiding, supporting and defending them. The line between good and evil is blurred now more than ever.

Unfortunately, one of the first casualties of this new war is our faith institutions. Accepting, and promoting the beliefs of Islam has diminished the ability for congregants to understand Islam is an enemy. Instead, by allowing Imams to compare Jesus to Muhammad, and the bible to the Koran, faithful Christians believe they must accept and tolerate or be labeled a hater, bigot or islamophobe.

This is the foundation for one of today’s current controversial issues..refugees and immigration. What should be a debate solely based on the United States Constitution, and our own laws is now an emotional, religious one. Muslim organizations, specifically the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) have continued their relationship with the U.S Conference of Catholic Bishops, (USCCB) which is clearly a match made in hell, pushing forward the agenda of Islamists to fulfill their global caliphate.

Once again using diversity as the guise to counter President Trumps reduction of refugees, several bishops issued this joint statement “ Further reductions in the number of refugees allowed to seek freedom in the United States would be wholly counter to our values as a nation of immigrants”. It further reads “America welcomes refugees, that is who we are, that is what we do. Such reductions would undermine America’s leadership role as a global champion and protector of religious freedom and human rights”.
Equating accepting refugees as the Christian thing to do is an emotional response to a political decision, and we must not intertwine the two. We cannot use religion as a base to make policy. Faith leaders are blurring the line, which in turn promotes the Islamists agenda, where there is no separation of mosque and state. Whether knowingly or with ignorance, the very highest Catholic leaders are choosing to do business with those that mock them in their own documents.

They have one goal. The return of an Islamic Caliphate: One god, One religion, and one government. The notion any men of true faith would consider Islam to be peaceful, or willing to co-exist is frightening, but according to Bishop Mitchell T. Rozanski of Springfield, Massachusetts who in 2016 stated “As the national conversation around Islam grows increasingly fraught, coarse and driven by fear and often willful misinformation, the Catholic Church must help to model real dialogue and good will,” said Bishop Rozanski. “Our current dialogues have advanced the goals of greater understanding, mutual esteem and collaboration between Muslims and Catholics, and the members have established lasting ties of friendship and a deep sense of trust.”

Fear and willful misinformation? Muslims assaulting the beliefs of millions of Christians throughout the United States by insisting Allah is the same god, is willful misinformation. Knowing our leaders trust the enemy is the fear.
The profession of faith in the Catholic church in part states:

I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.

In chapter VII page 87 of the Islamic Methodology of Dawa (Methodology of Dawah) it states:

“The Christian community of America will need a special approach to make them understand their misguided concept about Jesus (PBUH). Prophet Jesus (PBUH) was also a messenger of God, as others were. He was born without a father as a miracle of God. There is nothing spectacular in it, if we believe in God, in His absolute power and in His total control over the natural phenomenon. He can create anything just by ordering “Be” and “it is done.” He created Jesus without a father. He created Adam without a father or a mother, and Eve without a mother. They do not ascribe the attributes of God to either one of them. How then, can they profess Jesus to be the Son of God. It is illogical and quite absurd. Jesus was a Prophet and a man. He had all the human needs and weaknesses. He ate food for his existence, slept for rest and did all the other things a human being needs for his survival. By their misconstrued conception innovated by St. Paul, Christians have made Jesus (PBUH) into a “Human-God.” This is clear idolatry. Making partners with God is a sin. He will never forgive this sin”

How does one gain a “deep sense of trust” from those whose writings reveal their true feelings and intent? How can Bishops believe that have formed “lasting ties of friendship” with Muslims when their doctrine, their holy book the Quran has at least 14 verses that a Muslim is not the friend of a Kafir (non- believer)

Sura 5:51 O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them.

One of the Hadiths, the traditions of Mohammed’s life states:
“May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians . . . for they make places of worship out of the prophet’s graves”

The only willful misinformation comes from the mouths of the Islamists which is known as Taqiyyah, the art of deception, permissible in Islamic law. Perhaps leaders of all faiths should trust and believe those in their own flock before embracing the enemy.
Catholics and Christians need to understand, with the continued push to allow Muslim refugees to come to America is the Hijra. In order to bring about the global caliphate, the population of Muslims must be in great numbers, and allowing the onslaught of refugees does exactly that.

Should Marsha Have the SIV Program Investigated Before Trying to Expand It?

S.2641, the bill Marsha Blackburn has signed onto, mandates a fast track for Syrians, Iraqis and Kurds who claim they were in some way connected, however loosely or remotely, to America’s fight against ISIS. The bill’s language in this regard is very broadly written.

The bill was finally amended to limit the number of Special Immigrant Visas (SIV) to 400 for these groups, but it is important to note as the bill does, that the 400 SIV limit does not apply to the annual refugee admission cap which President Trump set at 18,000 for FY2020.

The bill also has an interesting “carry forward” provision meaning that if the full 400 SIV set aside for Marsha’s pet groups isn’t met in any fiscal year, the unused number will carried forward to the next fiscal year.

Marsha appears to stand at odds with the President since it seems like with this bill, she believes the U.S. owes the Kurds something. For sure she’s not well versed in the Nashville Kurds’ political work against her Republican colleagues.

A recent piece by investigative journalist Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, should give Marsha pause about moving forward with the bill she is co-sponsoring. In fact, she should be taking a lesson from her former House colleague Rep. Chuck Flesichmann and asking to have an in-depth investigation of the SIV program launched immediately before trying to expand the program to cover new groups.

Greenfield covers a lot of ground in his recent piece, How the ‘Interpreter’ Scam Brought 75,000 Iraqis and Afghans to America. In fact, just substitute, Syrian or Kurd anywhere in the piece you see Iraqi or Afghani – program guidelines for admittance work the same in Marsha’s bill and may actually be even more lenient in ways a Syrian or Kurd could qualify for SIV status. Per Greenfield:

….The Special Immigrant Visa scam has been sold for over a decade using the same claim that it’s needed to save the lives of Iraqi and Afghan interpreters who are risking death by helping American soldiers.

In one decade, the United States has handed out 75,250 of these visas to Iraqi and Afghan employees, and their dependents. Between 2007 and 2017, they represented 1 percent of all immigrant visas.

The truth is that the military brass has wrongly used the incentive of Special Immigrant Visas to recruit local personnel and cut costs by promising them resettlement in the United States. Considering the costs of resettling even the nicest Iraqi or Afghan families, it would have been cheaper to pay each of them a six-figure salary. But that would have come out of the defense budget. The SIV scam passes the buck to local cities and states, to ordinary taxpayers and communities who have to hire interpreters who speak Pashto to interact with the children of the interpreters who are swamping local school systems.

One Iraqi or Afghan employee brings a lot more dependents and expenses with him. In 2017, the 4,677 Iraqi and Afghan employees brought 13,713 dependents with them for a total of 18,390 refugees.

…85% of SIV recipients have received refugee resettlement benefits. Over 17,000 have been dumped in California, over 10,000 in Texas, and over 7,000 in Virginia. In Virginia, that meant that over 800 Iraqi children and almost 2,000 Afghan children became part of the system. In Northern Virginia, SIV holders increased tenfold and doubled in just one year, putting a potential terrorist population close to the center of government, to top terror targets, including the headquarters of the CIA in Fairfax County.

Meanwhile a GAO report found that 60% of SIV refugees were unemployed after three months and 94% were on food stamps.

70% of Iraqi SIVs were unemployed.

In one single year, SIV refugees racked up $80 million in federal aid from two agencies alone. That doesn’t account for some federal refugee assistance programs that go on for as long as 5 years.

According to the Congressional Budget Office, the “estimated budgetary effects [of Marsha’s bill S.2641], would primarily stem from:

Increased spending for health, nutrition, and disability benefits for newly arrived special immigrants, who could receive those federal benefits if they meet the eligibility criteria for those programs
Resettlement assistance for newly arrived special immigrants

In case Marsha hasn’t been paying attention, those are some of the costs involved in Tennessee’s Tenth Amendment lawsuit. Of course, since she’s been a Washington-based legislator for over 16 years, she’s been part of the federal machine pushing those costs onto her own state.

They Don’t Respect the Constitution, the Law or the People They Claim to Represent

The TN Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) repeatedly tries to turn refugees, the people they claim to represent, against the government that pays for all the public support made available to help them start new lives in Tennessee.

TIRRC willingly uses these people for its own political agenda and fundraising goals. TIRRC doesn’t even respect refugees enough to give them reliable and accurate information about core Constitutional issues like the ones currently being addressed by the TN General Assembly.

TIRRC doesn’t even have enough respect for the refugees they claim to represent to honestly disclose to them that nothing in the state’s Tenth Amendment lawsuit is anti-refugee or even anti-immigrant. The lawsuit is about the relationship between the state and federal government and who pays for what.

TIRRC won’t be honest with refugees about that information because it would damage TIRRC’s political propaganda and refugees might not see TIRRC as the immigrant champion it claims to be.

TIRRC uses refugees to help shield their advocacy for illegal aliens like opposing the anti-sanctuary city bill so that illegal aliens who commit crimes return to the community as opposed to being deported.

The six paid TIRRC lobbyists and federal contractors – each profiteers in their own right, use these people to line their own pockets.

There’s also big time fancy-schmancy lawyer Nathan Ridley, a former legislative services lawyer in the General Assembly married to Connie Ridley, who continues to be employed as the Director of Legislative Administration for the General Assembly.

Nathan lends a hand in helping TIRRC undermine Constitutional principles. Take a look at what Ridley considers his “accomplishments” – “[w]orked with immigration reform clients, Conexion Americas and the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition to make residency requirements for Tennessee born college students with undocumented parents consistent with other students.”

Both Conexion and TIRRC are named affiliates of La Raza. “George Soros has generously funded Soto’s NCLR organization over the years in amounts typically exceeding $2 million.” TIRRC has also been blessed with Soros money.

Conexion Americas was founded and was led for years by Renata Soto who has been involved with leading and remains attached to the National Council of La Raza (NCLR). She was also an Indivisible organizer.

Oh so very cozy with plenty of connective tissue like the fact that TIRRC claims partnership withIndivisible groups across Tennessee including the one in Greene County whose picture-posting member has been a recent source of “concern.”

TIRRC has used a whole bunch of signage threats over the years like “Today we march, tomorrow we vote” and “Immigrants make America great.” On the issue of refugees, they’ve decided to counsel legislators about what is and isn’t moral.

That’s rich coming from an organization that gets its training from socialist organizations like the Highlander School, partners with the despicable Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), and advocates giving legal protection to illegal aliens who get arrested for committing violent crimes in Tennessee communities.

Here’s a slogan which better describes TIRRC – “no low is too low.”

Tennessee Meet The Real Haters.

These are just a few of faces that the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) advocate for on a daily basis. Illegal criminal aliens, that rape, murder and rob.

TIRRC resists and works to abolish law enforcement, those who stand the line between good and evil. Without them, we will descend into chaos and destruction. TIRRC demands the end of local agencies working with federal law enforcement.

TIRRC also promotes criminal justice reform. Emptying our prisons, lessening bail amounts, and pushing for sanctuary for societies worst. Here, in the TIRRC report titled “Beyond Welcoming” TIRRC pushes to decriminalize “low level” crimes which often lead to more crime.

TIRRC supports open borders, which diminishes the safety, security and sovereignty of the United States. Every country has its borders, and we must fight to retain ours.

These are just some of the issues the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition defends and fights for every day. They are against every fiber of decency, safety and normalcy that we know. These are the same people that chastise and label us haters, bigots or racists. The very same individuals that demand we change our laws to accommodate the lawless. The same individuals that demand rights for those who should have none. They hate our Constitution yet hide behind it every day. They hate you for your beliefs, yet insist you tolerate theirs.
it is time to fight back, it’s time to be angry. Our voices must rise above theirs, and our demands must be stronger. We are the people, not them. We are what makes America great, not them.

But most of all, they are the haters..not us.

Can Voters Trust Anything Bill Lee Says?

Like what he has said about refugee resettlement and transgender issues?

Remember, the candidate Bill Lee repeatedly talked about his conservative principles.

He also talked about how he supported Tennessee’s Tenth Amendment lawsuit against the federal government for forcing the state to spend it’s money on resettling refugees after the state said it didn’t want to be part of the program.

But Governor Lee decided he wanted to continue bringing refugees to Tennessee on the state’s dime. So Lee ignored the directions of President Trump’s Executive Order and said he consented for the whole state even though President Trump and the Department of Justice said local governments were supposed to have a say equal to the governor’s.

The DOJ has written this explicitly in their legal brief objecting to the federal contractors’ lawsuit to enjoin the President’s Executive Order:

‘To those ends, Section 2(a) of the Executive Order directs the Secretary of State to develop and implement a process within 90 days of the date of the Executive Order to determine whether the State and locality both consent in writing to the resettlement of refugees within the relevant State and locality, before any refugees are resettled within that State and locality under the U.S. Refugee Resettlement Program.”

On this issue, Lee decided to align himself with the Soros-funded groups like TIRRC, AMAC and the ACLU. These are the groups that predictably and consistently resort to calling conservative voters “haters” because the facts are never on their side.

Candidate Lee also said that it should be up to the local governments to decide whether biological boys and girls who’ve decided to change their gender identity, should be able to use the school bathroom they believe aligns with their new identity.

During a campaign stop Lee was asked to state his position about boys with penises who want to be girls and insist on using the girl’s bathroom, Lee wouldn’t take a position claiming instead, that a statewide policy on transgender bathrooms “is not in the best interest of Tennesseans,” it’s divisive and destructive and…that’s government intervention into areas of life that I don’t think we ought to intervene”… “I’m not advocating for or against a transgender bathroom bill.”

Now there are two versions of where Governor Lee stands on the issue of whether girls who used to be boys, should be allowed to compete against real biological girls on school sport teams.

Today, two different versions of the same article on Bill Lee and the transgender school athlete were posted on Breitbart.

The first version reported that Lee decided to formally align with the LGBTQ and big business lobby and signed onto a letter that functionally establishes a statewide policy that girls who used to be boys, cannot be prohibited from competing against real biological girls on school sports teams.

Within a very suspiciously short period of time, (maybe right after the Governor’s office saw that the cat was out of the bag?), an edited version of the article was posted by Breitbart, eliminating any reference to the Governor’s support for transgender school athletes.

Given the Governor’s evasiveness on transgender bathrooms in schools, for example, it’s understandable that there would be questions and doubts about which version of Breitbart article was accurate as far as Lee’s position on transgender athletes.

The easiest way for the Governor to clear up any confusion is to simply come out, support the referenced bills and send his press release to Breitbart.

Greene County TN Election Official Boasts of Buying “F Trump” Lipstick.

It would only seem fair for Greene County voters to expect their election commissioners to be trustworthy and unbiased. However, a question that needs to be asked is if one belongs to a progressive, Trump hating organization, and publicly boasts of her disdain for our President, can she be trusted with the peoples votes? You be the judge.

Lena Kendrick Dean, a self-proclaimed activist is also a team leader of a nation-wide movement called Indivisible. While every single American has a right to belong to these groups, and to even display grotesque photos of a sitting president, there is an expectation of one who handles elections, and ballots to be above doing so.

Indivisible was founded as an off shoot of former President Barack Obama’s “Organizing for Action” which trains people across the country how to use Saul Alinsky style tactics to go after political opponents. Its founders Ezra Levin, Angel Padilla, and Leah Greenberg, all former democratic congressional staffers created Indivisible immediately after President Trump was elected as a means to resist his agenda and encourage disruption to his policies on all levels.

On the Indivisible website, their sole focus is to “defeat Trump at all costs”. Again, there are many groups looking to defeat, even destroy President Trump as the 2020 election grows near. Is it appropriate though, for one whose duties specifically calls to “secure the freedom and purity of the ballot” be done by someone who boasts about buying F Trump lipstick or even an offer to her to buy a F Trump T-shirt? Should Ms. Dean be trusted to “secure the freedom and purity of the ballot” when her organization calls to “do whatever it takes” to defeat trump?

One of the more demeaning, disgraceful pictures posted by Ms. Dean of President Trump is this one, which is explained in a detailed news article regarding the meaning of “OfPutin”

You don’t have to like President Trump, agree with his policies or vote for him, but can elected or appointed election officials be trusted to maintain the integrity of all peoples votes be trusted when such disdain in apparent?

In todays political climate, the last glimmer of hope we can have is our vote means something, but according to Ms. Dean’s public disdain for the current president, can Greene County residents be assured their vote will count?
