Nashville’s Policing Project is a Bust.

American law enforcement  officers are being killed everyday, yet the only topic being discussed nationally is prison reform, and studies on how police act, or react, within the communities they serve.  A prime example of this is in Nashville Tennessee where police have been under the microscope after a  2016 report titled “Driving While Black” was released by a group called Gideons Army. 

That report, and the recent shootings of 2 black men, by white police officers led the black community to demand a community oversight board be formed.  In addition to that, Nashville Mayor David Briley, decided to go forward with a planned study by the Policing Project, from the New York University School of Law, whose findings were just released. 

Here at Dailyrollcall we have  written extensively on the formation of a community oversight board, specifically in Nashville Tennessee, which voters overwhelmingly decided was needed.  Add that to the report published from the Policing Project and you should see  a clear picture..the left wants to eventually dismantle all forms of law enforcement, to be replaced by social justice programs. It isn’t the criminals fault, it’s the police. 

Starting with the Gideons Army report, which was endorsed by anti police groups such as Black Lives Matter, (BLM) and  Standing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ), the reports sole purpose was to show how many black people have been stopped by police in black neighborhoods, for what they say is discrimination, despite many of those interviewed for the report, stating they had, in fact, committed the offense for which they were pulled over for. 

While “Driving While Black” is filled with 213 pages of redundant charts and statistics, the meat of the report starts at page 90, with the actual people who were stopped, and their versions of why they were stopped.

Ronald Hayes of East Nashville recounts his story to the interviewer by stating this:

Jackie Sims admits to being arrested because she didn’t feel like going to court in NC, where eventually her license to drive was suspended.

So far, neither interviewees were negative about their experience with the police.

Nella Frierson, did in fact have a negative experience with police on two occasions, as she was cited for not stopping at a stop sign, but claims she beat that ticket. She further goes on:

There are several more interviews, from many damming the police , to many stating the police weren’t all that bad. Yes, there are bad police officers, but the report seems to focus on how these members of the community were treated when being pulled over by police. The Policing project report was based on the data collected by the Gideons Army , and finds that racial disparity does not equate with racial discrimination. Whats interesting though, is the assembly of experts, all from liberal universities, called in to study the actions of police…but not the actions of those being stopped, or the criminals which are never the subject of findings.

These findings speak volumes as to the reality of those writing them. Diminishing the role of law enforcement, and enforcing a narrative that police are the  problem is dangerous and typical of  those who don’t deal with the workings of inner city crime. 

On a final note, it is important to see that it was recommended the community, and police work together as a matter of public safety. Perhaps the Nashville community should take that advice since the newly formed community oversight board specifically refuses to allow law enforcement be a part of it. 

This isn’t about discrimination, or disparity, it’s all about social justice and the dismantling of law enforcement as we know it.

Nashville’s Community Oversight Board..The Radical Connections Part 4

 The American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC), first appeared in 2011 as an organization to “build bridges” between law enforcement and the Muslim community. With governor Bill Haslam of TN legitimizing them, they were allowed (and still are) to train law enforcement (actually, indoctrinate) about Islam. This was the foot in the door they needed to gain access to those who are heads of TN law enforcement agencies, but also created a connection for them to network with elected officials. As they evolved, they became involved with the interfaith movement,  immigration and refugee rights, and now, police accountability.

In Nashville Tennessee, the Metro Police department is being scrutinized by “social justice” blocs who are demanding accountability in the form of a community oversight board. Police across the country are also facing the same uptick of these civilians demanding they have a say on policy and procedures.

The American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC) is not a friend to law enforcement, but rather a collective group of Muslims, working with others to “reform” them. One only has to look at their board members to see who they are aligned with. Starting with the founder of AMAC Daoud Abudiab. Mr. Abudiab is a Palestinian,  who is  also the board chair for the TN Immigration and Refugee Rights Coalition,(TIRRC) one of the loudest voices pushing for the abolition of ICE (Immigrant and Customs Enforcement). Abudiab, back in 2015 joined with the Highlander Center, TIRRC, and Black Lives Matter (BLM) to “strategize,dream and build our movement for 2016”. As everyone knows, Black Lives Matter has chanted in protest “what do we want ..dead cops, when do we want them now!”

A dangerous trend unfolding is the antisemitism embraced and endorsed by members of groups rising calling for police accountability. While the American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC) publicly espouses focusing on “building bridges through working with people of goodwill to counter hate, bigotry and targeted violence”, their members loudly espouse the opposite.

 Daoud Abudiab is just part of the connective tissue that joins his organizations with those on the coalition for the Nashville Community Oversight Board. Now meet Drost Kokoye,  a young Kurdish Muslim, who despises America, yet is an active board member of AMAC. Not only does she hate the country that welcomed her with open arms as a refugee fleeing Saddam Hussein, she also adopts and spews the ideology of groups looking to dismantle and destroy law enforcement, including Students for Justice in Palestine. Drost Kokoye is one of the more radical, outspoken members of AMAC, and while AMAC may not be listed publicly as a coalition member of Nashville’s Community oversight board, they are quietly behind the scenes.

  To come full circle, you must understand the underlying goal for all the groups, individuals and organizations written about. To many, it is overwhelming and difficult to even fathom the depth and scope of the infiltration, and desire to dismantle and destroy America. Every group purposely creates offshoots to cause confusion. Many use religion as a guise, while others use immigration , discrimination in “marginalized communities, or police brutality. The bottom line is the fundamental change of the demographics and culture of America. They are not grassroots, or meant to build bridges, promote tolerance or understanding. Nashville’s Community Oversight Board..The Radical Connections Part 3

Now that you have been introduced to the Palestinian and leftist Jewish groups who have merged with  state and local social justice warriors, it should be clear the agenda really isn’t just to hold law enforcement accountable, nor is it an attempt to reform the criminal justice system. It’s all about  dismantling police,”intersectionality”, illegal immigration, antisemitism, and a general hatred for America. In this article we will focus on Nashville Tennessee, however, the same events are taking place in cities across America. The objective is for you to be able to identify these groups in your area, expose them, and shut them down.

So why should the people of Nashville and Davidson County Tennessee care about these groups?  Because your safety and security is at risk by the creation of a Community Oversight Board, whose coalition consists of members of groups looking to destroy and dismantle not only police, but the criminal justice system. 

One group in particular is Palestine is Here. In 2017 they were formed to track and monitor local police departments and their relationships with training with Israeli police and military. Metro Nashville Police is one such dept. According to the Palestine is Here website:

The sole purpose of these groups is to parallel the injustices occurring to Palestinians who are at war with Israel thousands of miles away,  with “people of color” in the United States, by insinuating if American law enforcement continues to “train” with Israeli police more of their community members will die. 

According to the report a “Deadly Exchange” created by the Researching the American Israelis Alliance (RAIA) states:

 

Riling  communities that are already disenfranchised, and disgruntled with the criminal justice system, suggesting any police departments that have trained with Israeli law enforcement are prone to killing more members of their community  is a dangerous falsehood and should not be tolerated or accepted.  

 

The Community Oversight Board in Nashville has many coalition members that are in line with this radical ideology, including Showing Up For Racial Justice (SURJ) whose chapters are listed as endorsers of the Deadly Exchange, the report which outlines the relationships between police and Israel. The Nashville Community Oversight Board is rife with organizations that are radical, and anti-police, who in no way will be able to fair and unbiased. Residents of Nashville and Davidson County must not be swayed by the mere sound of a oversight board,  but must understand its true strategy.  The falsehoods presented by organizations behind the scenes is one that is dangerous and misleading. While many believe the formation of an oversight board is necessary, starting from scratch to incorporate civilians who can truly help their communities is a must.

Nashville’s Community Oversight Board..The Radical Connections Part 2

Previously we defined many social justice organizations within the United States as arms of Palestinian groups looking to end alliances between US law enforcement and Israel police and military.

Social justice groups working within the U.S are being funded by billionaires, who seek to destroy America, and Israel. How would it all begin? Break down law and order and cause chaos. As mentioned in Part one, the umbrella organization is the “Researching the American Israeli Alliance” (RAIA), with “Palestine is Here” and “Jewish Voice for Peace” (JVP). JVP is the fringe anti-Israel group that supports the boycott of Israel, and also the brain child behind “The Deadly Exchange”.

According to the JVP “Jewish organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) sponsor “exchange programs that bring together police, ICE, border patrol, and FBI from the U.S. with soldiers, police, border agents, etc., from Israel.” Through these exchanges, JVP says, “worst practices” are shared “to promote and extend discriminatory and repressive policing in both countries.”

JVP further “alleged that exchanges of arms, security technologies and ideologies exacerbate violence and discrimination against communities of color in both countries.” This campaign seeks to hold Jewish institutions accountable for their complicity in funding and promoting this state violence. This anti-Semitic campaign’s purpose is to accuse Jews of having blood on their hands, being responsible for state violence. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is a target due to their sponsoring US law enforcement training with Israel.

So what is the Deadly Exchange? Launched in 2017, its goal is the shutting down of training and exchange of ideas, and tactics which they describe as militarizing police to kill and suppress blacks and browns. By accusing the main sponsor (ADL) of aiding in the killing of Palestinians and minority community members here in the U.S, they hope pulled monetary support, along with political correctness will shut them down.

Think this can’t happen? In April of 2018, Durham North Carolina’s City Council “The council opposes international exchanges with any country in which Durham officers receive military-style training since such exchanges do not support the kind of policing we want here in the City of Durham.”

Overlooking the real purpose of this training which is the prevention and mitigation of domestic terrorism.

Nashville’s Community Oversight Board..The Radical Connections Part 1

Do not believe for one second community social justice organizations are for building bridges to unite Americans or to promote tolerance and understanding. The truth behind the formation of groups like the American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC), Showing up for Racial Justice (SURJ) Black Lives Matter(BLM) and scores of others ( including Jewish ones) are created for many reasons, but the most egregious is the effort to dismantle U.S law enforcement , U.S prisons , and the criminal justice system as we know it.

 

With a steady and rising campaign of misinformation, these groups are aligning themselves with Palestinian civil rights supporters, attempting to prove American law enforcement is being militarized to suppress the rights of the “brown and black” communities in the United States, by attending training by Israeli police and military. In the next several articles we will expose these groups, their ideology and the completely false narrative they are promoting.

Starting with the umbrella institution the “Researching the American-Israeli Alliance”, which defines itself as “a research initiative launched in 2017 dedicated to exposing the connections between American and Israeli state violence. At RAIA, we seek to raise awareness of the close collaboration between the Israeli and American governments to surveil, profile, and control social movements, communities of color, and other marginalized populations in order to suppress popular resistance.”

 

Israel law enforcement and military have developed best practices for fighting terrorism, and civil unrest using the latest technology, and equipment which has managed to maintain law and order and reduce the number of their officers being killed. As we have seen in America, police are being ambushed and murdered, and acts of terror, although many are thwarted, there are many waiting in the wings to cause devastation and destruction. Training with those who have experience and learning how to combat domestic terrorism is paramount in keeping Americans safe and secure. In no way are American police officers attending training with Israel to suppress, oppress, or harm any communities in which they serve.
However, this is the tactic the social justice organizations are using to fight for not only tying the hands of police, but eventually abolishing them, as we can clearly see that ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) is their first target.

One group falling under the umbrella of RAIA (Researching the American-Israeli Alliance) is Palestine is Here. According to their website: “Palestine is Here, a project of Researching the American-Israeli Alliance (RAIA), is a database tracking Israeli military ties to American local government, police departments, corporations, and academic institutions. Using simple search algorithms to help activists expose the connections between American and Israeli state violence in their communities, the database works to support direct grassroots organizing to end US militarized trainings, academic collaborations, and technological exchanges with Israel.”

This association has collected the names of American police departments that have sent members to Israel for training or who have attended conferences and seminars here in the U.S. Their goal is to pressure law enforcement to end this training, by misleading their communities into believing they are training to kill more “blacks and browns”. One example they promote is the killing of Michael Brown and how the police handled the riots that followed in Ferguson, paralleling how Israelis kill Palestinians (brown people) in order to control and suppress them.

As we witness daily, there is an effort to rile communities of immigrants, blacks, Muslims and Latinos (both of which they define as brown) which has unified them, all agreeing they are victims of police brutality and discrimination. All believe their causes are the same and are shared with the Palestinians, both here in American and far away in Palestine.
The unification of Students for Justice in Palestine, American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) Black Lives Matter (BLM) Standing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) and many others, are now a force we all need to pay attention to.

Justice or Revenge..Nashville Tennessee’s Possible Oversight Committee.Part 3.

It’s clear many law enforcement higher ups, elected officials and members of communities across the nation want change within their respective police agencies. Transparency and accountability are two of the areas which seem to be the hotbed of discussion now, as more police involved shootings are occurring across America. What isn’t clear, and really not even a part of the discussion, are the criminals themselves, and how accountability relates to them. Why is it police need “fixing” and the communities with the biggest stakes do not? 

Hundreds of young black men are being killed in wars within their own neighborhoods, whether by gang members, drug dealers, or as a result of disputes only solved by violence. There aren’t marches of protest between mothers of those killed and mothers of their killers. There aren’t rallies demanding fathers take accountability of those they brought into this world. Black on black killings seems to be readily acceptable as a fate that just occurs because of poor gun laws. 

Fake outrage driven by false narratives, perpetuated by the left and its media, and funded by those who want to drastically alter, and destroy America are a major part of the equation. Rage and cries of racism only seems to surface when a white police officer shoots a member of the black community. Never mind facts  and circumstances. This is why the formation of a community oversight board in Nashville TN needs much more work and more input by cooler heads. The current coalition making demands isn’t about justice, it’s a witch hunt for revenge. Fire the officer and charge him with murder! Yet no mention the subject had a gun and should have followed the officers direction to drop it. 

Newly elected Mayor Briley seems non-committal only to say if the referendum to implement a community oversight board fails, he will issue an executive order irregardless. So what will this board accomplish, what powers should it have and who is funding it? 

On the Community Oversight Nashville’s website is the proposed legislation in which there are several interesting points, with the first one being no law enforcement, retired or active, or elected officials are eligible to serve. The oversight of a police department certainly does require someone with knowledge of standard operating procedures, penal law, and criminal procedure law. So much for being inclusive. 

The purpose of this board is to have the right to investigate citizen complaints of misconduct by Metro Nashville Police employees, and make recommendations to the Office of Professional Accountability on discipline. If the board believes a criminal act has occurred, they may refer the matter to the Grand Jury, for their investigation and indictment if appropriate,

The majority of Community Oversight boards, or Civilian Review Boards across the country, are similar and have proven effective, in accordance with the laws and rules of their respective agencies. Most members of these boards have been able to remain unbiased, and reasonable, after receiving facts and circumstances,  and coming to fair conclusions to recommend disciplinary actions. 

Where an oversight committee becomes overreach is the expectancy they have the rights to information and evidence, which includes records, recordings and trainings on pending criminal cases. In order to preserve the rights of everyone involved in a criminal or civil case, those items should remain private and only  those involved..law enforcement, judges, lawyers and defendants should be privy to that data.

As with any American in any case, whether civil or criminal, if found not guilty,the case is over. By requiring an officer be mandated to accept any of the aforementioned, is to insinuate their guilt.  

Again, as in any case where there is the possibility to be charged criminally or to be disciplined because of alleged misconduct, a defendant has the right to face their accuser. Complaints made anonymously can be erroneous, and are unable to be verified. Facts and evidence are crucial to a fair outcome, not allegations based on verbal, nameless, accusations. 

These are just two examples of why boards created out of anger, by disenfranchised and disgruntled community members will not be effective. Police officers have rights just as the defendants or complainants in the case do.  The formation of a group like this to make recommendations outlined in this proposal is redundant, as the steps are already in place. If an officer is found to have committed a crime, it is handed over to the District Attorney for presentation before a Grand Jury. Civil rights are forwarded to the appropriate level attorney generals, and If misconduct is found, disciplinary action is taken by the police department. 

While leaders and community members may not agree or be happy with an outcome, there is no guarantee the community will be accepting of the findings of the Community Oversight board either. As we have seen in video after video, there is a cry for instant street justice. Fire the officer! Charge them with murder!  No justice no peace. 

Justice cannot be for one side alone, but must be for both.

Justice or Revenge..Nashville Tennessee’s Possible Police Oversight Committee. Part Two

Two Camden NJ detectives, and an FBI agent in Los Angeles CA were shot last week. Thankfully they are expected to recover, however 35 others shot this year were not as fortunate. These tragic incidents are a result of the targeting of police, due in part to the hate and disrespect being perpetuated by groups wanting to oversee them.  The more one digs into who and what the agenda of the potential Police oversight committee in Nashville TN is, the more one can see it isn’t about justice..it’s all about revenge.

In last weeks article, we revealed Black Lives Matter was one of the members of the coalition looking for a seat at the tablet to oversee what they deem misconduct by Metro Nashville Police. Another group looking to have a say is Standing Up For Racial Justice (SURJ). SURJ joins the rank along with BLM in being anti-police, and believing white supremacy is the underlying problem across the board. On their website, under “theory of change” this group has 3 strategies they believe in. 

Again, could members of this group have an unbiased opinion, and make reasonable suggestions for discipline based on what they believe? To SURJ, racist institutions are anything white. Obviously they do not know black unemployment is down to 6.6%, the lowest in a decade. What seems to be missing from these organizations missions or values is the root of the problem, family. Blaming police for all of their ills is easy. Fixing the structure within their communities is the hard part. 

To many of the groups looking to be apart of “fixing” and overhauling law enforcement, they fail to fix the criminal. Not once do they question the actions of those committing the crime. Not once do they outwardly accept they have a responsibility to obey laws. It’s really pretty simple. Obey laws, and you don’t deal with the police. The constant narrative the system is broken can only be fixed when those in the system fix themselves.

Gicola Lane is a prime example. Demands actions disregards facts.

Officers protecting themselves from thugs with guns, is not misconduct, it’s survival. If Nashville wants  accountability of those hired to protect and enforce, perhaps they should start in their own backyard.

Justice or Revenge.. Nashville Tennessee’s Possible Police Oversight Committee. Part One.

In today’s social climate, law enforcement in general is disrespected, and vilified on a regular basis. So far this year 34 police officers across the country have been shot and killed, due in part to  their concern they will not have the backing of their departments and become headline news, which can cost them their job,and in these cases, the ultimate price of their lives. Unfortunately, in many police agencies the morale is low, while the concern for the community outweighs concern for their officers. 

This is clearly the case for my brothers and sisters in blue on the Nashville Metro Police Department as a new mayor seems to have other interests besides his police. To be clear, yes, it is important and vital to have mutual respect for the communities in which you serve. While members and leaders within neighborhoods must feel they can trust the police, it also goes the other way, where the police should be able to trust and rely on them as well. 

This is the beginning of a conversation on what Mayor Briley has been non-committal on, and what certain members of the black community are demanding..a community oversight committee. Briley, who took over as Mayor after former Mayor Megan Berry was discovered having an affair with her police bodyguard, states” I believe it’s time for a comprehensive assessment of how we do policing in our city,” 

According to the Tennessean Newspaper, the board would have authority to investigate allegations of misconduct against Nashville police officers and recommend discipline, including forwarding findings of criminal misconduct and civil rights violations to the district attorney, grand jury or U.S. attorney.

So what is a Community Oversight Committee or Civilian Review Board?  A municipal body composed of five to nine citizen representatives charged with the investigation of complaints by members of the public concerning misconduct by police officers. Such bodies may be independent members of the community,  whose goal is to ensure transparency and accountability using rules and guidelines set forth by their initial formation. To be effective, members of these committees must remain unbiased, fair and reasonable.They also must be willing to look at all complaints, not just those involving their own community. After sharing input, and their findings, they must be willing to accept outcomes driven by investigations and facts. As with any fact finding agendas, fairness is paramount to a successful relationship.

Unfortunately, what we have seen so far from the Community Oversight Nashville, is what an Oversight Committee should NOT be. According to their website, their are several organizations who have joined their coalition. Many are legitimate, well organized,and well recognized for their work in black communities across the country, such as the NAACP. One group, that may give a black eye to this committee is Black Lives Matter. Their involvement loses all credibility and legitimacy of what should be a fair, unbiased board. 

After reading through the Black Lives Matter Nashville website, it is clearly evident they are anti-police, and racist. In a statement issued by BLM in reference to a rally last year in Shelbyville TN, they say this:

One must ask how an organization that wants to oversee actions of the police, would be unbiased, when they believe law enforcement entities are run by white supremacists.  Another issue with BLM  is its formation was attached to a false narrative during the Ferguson riots, using the chant “Hands up don’t shoot”, insinuating Michael Brown was shot and killed while trying to surrender to the police officer. This was proven to be false in two separate rulings.  Can those chanting “pigs in a blanket” or What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now”! be a viable , effective participant in a committee who is seeking justice based on facts?

With Black Lives Matter involved , it will not be an oversight committee, but rather an overreach one. They don’t want justice, they seek revenge. Nashville can and must do better.

Muslim Businesses In Nashville TN Shut Down By Police

  Muslims in America are not your friend. Muslims who claim to be “devout” have a religious obligation to spread the word of Islam, and to create a world where Islam is dominant, at all costs. Communities of Muslims that were once silent, and appeared to be assimilating, are now becoming the loud voices of change. They also are being recognized and exposed as they become blatantly more aggressive and resistant to American laws.

Jihad in Arabic means struggle, Jihad in Islam means war, and Muslims in America are performing the latter, in sometimes small, insignificant ways. Recently in Nashville TN, Metro police raided and shut down two businesses owned and operated by Muslims, that were deemed to be public nuisances. In a 12 week span, 95 calls for service were received, but those two same businesses were the cause for over 3000 calls over seven years. So how is that jihad? 

First you must understand that Muslims are not allowed to follow or enforce any “man-made” laws, but rather must follow the life of the prophet Muhammad, and only laws that are created by Allah. Allah is the creator of all things, and therefore only he can create laws. One of ways Muslims perform jihad is to ignore the laws of the country they live in, often promoting illegal activity within their communities. Another way is to seek the destruction of non Muslims by providing them with products which are eventually debilitating, such as alcohol, tobacco, and gambling (lottery). Keep in mind, according to Islamic law, it is haram,  (not permissible) for Muslims to sell, consume, or touch these products, unless  they are used to harm the enemy..non Muslims.

From  Principles of Fiqh » Jurisprudence and Islamic Rulings » Punishment and Judicial Sentences, it states the following:

“The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed ten with regard to alcohol: the one who squeezes (the grapes etc), the one for whom it is squeezed, the one who drinks it, the one who carries it, the one to whom it is carried, the one who pours it, the one who sells it and consumes its price, the one who buys it and the one for whom it is bought.” (Abu Dawood (3674) and Ibn Maajah (3380))

One of the two businesses closed by Metro Nashville police was Zmart, 24 Lafayette St,  a small convenience store, which sources say sold those products. According to the Tennessean newspaper “An investigation found the businesses were used to facilitate or allow the commission of violent crime, along with drug distribution, drug use and a number of other crimes.” The owner of this property is Husani Hassan.

While it is against Islamic law for Muslims to sell these products, it also is a form of deception, which is  completely acceptable in Islam as they are living in “Dar al-Harb”, which means “the house  of war”.   

 In addition to selling haram products, many, many, of businesses owned and operated by Muslims across the United States are merely fronts for making money to support various terrorist organizations in foreign countries, however, Yes, there are businesses that provide monetary support to Al-Qaida, Al-Shabaab,  or charities like Islamic Relief,  located right here in America.  Note, remember the goal for Muslims is to convert non Muslims to Islam. Vast numbers of these businesses are in poorer, impoverished neighborhoods, often being the only business available within walking distance of its residents, therefore becoming a dependent source for food, and other products.  Perfect, fertile ground for spreading the word of Islam.

The next time you need cigarettes, beer or lottery tickets, perhaps you should be mindful of who is selling you those goods.

Muslim Gang Member Infiltrates Nashville Metro Police

Chief Anderson of the Metro Nashville Police Dept has been the subject of many articles regarding his political correctness, and romance with the Muslim community despite facts about who he was dealing with. Now, without saying we told you so Chief, it has been discovered one of those Muslims infiltrated the police department as a result of his relationship with the Kurdish Pride Gang.

Jiyayi Suleyman, who joined the police department in 2012 was praised as the first Kurdish police officer, solidifying that community with the police. So who is this young Kurd that came to America to escape the atrocities of his native homeland? If you follow us, you may recall the name Remziya Suleyman, who is Jiyayi’s sister. Remziya, who now resides in Canada, was the first executive director of the American Muslim Advisory Council,  (AMAC) and the American Center for Outreach (ACO). Both groups were simultaneously born in 2011 in opposition to an anti-terrorism material support bill, which was intentionally and falsely labeled by these groups as “anti-Muslim”, and bigoted. Remziya quickly reached out to the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) aka Hamas to gain attention to fight this legislation.

Remziya, the Muslim activist, was known for her relationship with Muslim Brotherhood organizations, so her brother being involved with a gang shouldn’t be shocking. Jiyayi  Suleyman is accused of illegally accessing the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations  (TBI) computer system to research other members of the gang. The Kurdish Pride (KP) gang first became known in 2007, when a grand jury indicted four members for conspiracy to commit first degree murder, where their leader at the time, Aki Nejad was accused of shooting at a park police officer who interrupted a drug deal. The Kurdish Pride gang is known for its violence, guns and drugs.

Some experts believe, and even excuse the formation of these types of gangs due to the regions they come from, and in Suleyman’s case being from a war torn country, claim it may be part of their nature to use violence rather than “conflict resolution”. Seriously? If anything, this just bolsters the narrative many refugees choose not to assimilate, but rather continue the lifestyle they fled.

Interestingly enough, those with loud voices in the Kurdish community, which is fairly large in Nashville TN, are once again being defensive instead of acknowledging the problem. Drost Kokoye, another Kurdish refugee, is blasting  law enforcement for “using” Suleyman to promote diversity.

Kokoye is a board member of the American Muslim Advisory Council, (AMAC) which the Metro Police utilize to train police officers. Kokoye clearly hates America, and the police, yet still holds a voice on AMAC. Worse yet, Chief Anderson still trusts AMAC.

 

 

Besides Jiyayi Suleyman being attached to the Kurdish Pride gang,  and using his access as a police officer to gain intel on his gang buddies, it’s important to understand Muslims who follow the life of their prophet can not be American law enforcement officers. According to the doctrine of Islam, Muslims may only follow and enforce the laws of Allah, not man made. This includes following the Constitution, and  the laws of our land.

Jiyayi Suleyman may have appeared to be an upstanding, devoted police officer, but in reality he infiltrated law enforcement to benefit his own. Americans must understand all “good Muslims” believe in the return of the global caliphate, where Islam and sharia law reign supreme. A good Muslim is one who obeys and adheres to the strict doctrine of Islam, and the life of Muhammad.

Once again, Muslims in America have been exposed for their dualistic, deceptive ways, but is anyone listening?
